Another small patch.
Changes
- Added MM/DD/YYYY date format.
- Fixed a bug where you couldn't drag the color picker window when starting a new game.
- Fixed a bug where the UI would fail to adapt to resolutions with an aspect ratio different than 16:9.
Known Issues
- Some windows might start out of their intended position in some resolutions.
If any more bugs are found, please let me know!
